Are you adventurous? Are you interested in a tour that has no specific preplanned or prepackaged route? On this tour, mixed groups party together on one Comfortable Air Conditioned Shuttle. We offer a Semi-Customized tour that identifies what you like or want to learn about wine and then set out on the trail to find it!
This is the tour adventure for you!
- Mixed Groups are picked up at various hotels.
- A vineyard picnic lunch is included (deli style sandwich, potato/macaroni salad, fruit salad, and dessert). Vegetarian available upon request.
- Requests for wineries can be made. Please make all requests at time of booking.
- Tour of winery included if requested.
- Visit between 4-6 wineries.

"City Slicker Tour"
Join us on an Adventure in Agriculture that you will never forget. You will delight in visiting these family farms and wineries and seeing first hand, the life of our local farmers and ranchers. Learn, taste, feed, and discover what Central Coast Agriculture has to offer. We will visit 4-6 of the following:
Abalone Farm, Ancient Peaks Winery, Castoro Winery, Eagle Castle Winery, Firestone Brewery, Green Acres Lavender Farm, Happy Acres Goat Milk Farm, Jack Creek Farms, Olea Olive Oil Farm, Pasolivo, Historic Rotta Winery, The Wine Yard @ Steinbeck Vineyard, Wildhorse Winery or Windrose Farm.
Stops may vary depending on the season. This tour is currently offered Fridays and Sundays only or any day of the week for groups of 8 or more. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
Tour leaves Wine Wrangler Headquarters at 10am sharp. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Advance Reservations Required.

Private Wine Tours are Available in the following Regions:
Paso Robles, Edna Valley, Santa Ynez, Carmel Valley, Santra Maria Valley & Santa Lucia Highlands.
One private group travels on one shuttle. Private Wine Tours accommodate between 2 to 10 people or 10 to 24.
We’ll take care of all the details on this custom wine tour. Our Private Wine Tours will be organized to cater to your specific requests and we can make suggestions for both novices and epicureans. If you prefer a specific varietal, or solely want to taste Paso Robles award winning wines, we can arrange a tour to suit your style.
A cheese tray or vineyard picnic lunch at one of the finest Paso Robles wineries can be arranged for additional cost. There are bountiful possibilities. We are always happy to help you with winery selections to fit your taste, and budget. We will make arrangements to pick you up for your fun, relaxing and carefree day. Departure and return times are flexible.
Small Private Tours:
Sunday through Friday Minimum $350.00 for the first 3 hours and $75.00 per hour thereafter.
Saturdays minimum $500.00 for the first 5 hours plus $75.00 for each hour thereafter.
Large Private Tours:
Sunday through Friday Minimum $525.00 for the first 3 hours and $125.00 per hour thereafter.
Saturdays minimum $775.00 for the first 5 hours plus $125.00 for each hour thereafter.
A fuel surcharge** (as stated below) and 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

Vineyard Picnic Lunch $14.95 per person
Cheese Tray $11.95 per person
(tasting fees, if any are not included)
** A 4% Fuel Surcharge will be Added to all Private Tours if fuel is under $3 a gallon. A 7% fuel surcharge will be added to Private Tours if fuel is over $3 a gallon **

Enjoy the scenic view as we make our journey over to the Enchanted Hill. You will visit the elephant seals at the Piedras Blancas Rookery before heading over to America’s castle.
At the castle, you will be guided to the National Geographic Theater to view “Hearst Castle – Building the Dream” in large screen format before venturing up the hill to “Tour 1 -The Experience Tour”. This is a combination tour that makes the story of William Randolph Hearst a truly memorable experience!
After the tour, you will enjoy a gourmet deli lunch at the Castle before heading back to your local lodging, we will stop at a local winery and do some shopping in downtown Cambria. This is an all inclusive and all day adventure.

Guests who tour with The Wine Wrangler on our Amtrak package receive the following:
- A one or two night stay at either the Adelaide Inn, Paso Robles Inn, or La Bellasera Hotel
- All Transfers to/from the Paso Robles Train Station/lodgings

Wedding Packages
The Wine Wrangler can provide your Wedding or romantic getaway with the most reliable shuttle service on the Central Coast. Please contact us directly so that we may cater our quote to your event.
Paso Robles Wedding Packages Rate*: $999. for two
How about something unique and memorable for your sweetheart? Imagine floating gently in the sky with the breeze carrying you over spectacular views of rolling hills and vineyards? Then return back to earth to savor exquisite wines at selected local wineries.
This unbelievable adventure includes:
- Hot Air Balloon Ride for two including instruction and tour lasting two to three hours.
- Wine tasting at four to six local wineries including tasting fees.
- Transportation in a Hummer to and from hotel, hot air balloon and wine tasting. Pick up from hotel is 6:00 AM for a 7:00 AM balloon ride.
- Breakfast for two at a local cafe after balloon ride.
- Lunch is included during wine tasting.
Note: Weather and fog may cause cancellation of balloon ride. Two week advance booking required. One week cancellation notice required. Weight restrictions apply for balloon ride. Weight disclosure may be required for safety.
